About the Role
As Sales Manager – KSA, you will:
- Identify and close new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia
- Build and manage strong relationships with HR, Finance, and C-level stakeholders
- Promote HRSG’s suite of services, including HR technology, outsourcing, and talent management solutions
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Represent HRSG at industry events and client meetings throughout the Kingdom
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, outsourcing, or professional services
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and business landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A results-driven, self-motivated professional who thrives in an independent role
- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as needed
