About the Role

As Sales Manager – KSA, you will:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia
  • Build and manage strong relationships with HR, Finance, and C-level stakeholders
  • Promote HRSG’s suite of services, including HR technology, outsourcing, and talent management solutions
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Represent HRSG at industry events and client meetings throughout the Kingdom

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, outsourcing, or professional services
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and business landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A results-driven, self-motivated professional who thrives in an independent role
  • Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as needed
