HRSG Dubai Office is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales efforts across the GCC region.

About the Role:

As Regional Sales Manager – GCC, you will:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain
  • Build relationships with HR, Finance, and C-level leaders
  • Promote HRSG’s portfolio, including HR technology, outsourcing, and talent management services
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide market insights and represent HRSG at key industry events

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR tech, SaaS, outsourcing, or professional services
  • Strong knowledge of the GCC market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed
