Regional Sales Manager
HRSG Dubai Office is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales efforts across the GCC region.

About the Role:
As Regional Sales Manager – GCC, you will:
- Identify and close new business opportunities across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain
- Build relationships with HR, Finance, and C-level leaders
- Promote HRSG’s portfolio, including HR technology, outsourcing, and talent management services
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Provide market insights and represent HRSG at key industry events
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR tech, SaaS, outsourcing, or professional services
- Strong knowledge of the GCC market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed
