Arsalan Bhatti is a seasoned HR and business operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving HR transformation and IT implementation across global markets. Since joining HRSG in 2012, he has led the company’s growth in the GCC region, overseeing global operations, client engagement, and delivery of strategic HR, payroll, and outsourcing solutions. He holds an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire (UK), is a certified SHRM-SCP and SPHRi professional, and a UAE Golden Visa holder. Prior to HRSG, he held senior roles at TRG (Ibex Global), leading cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and shared services.
