Saman Effendi serves as the Managing Director of HRSG Consulting, leading the firm’s advisory practice with a focus on Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and Strategic HR Consulting. With over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing human capital strategies, Saman has helped organizations across industries drive performance, competitiveness, and sustainable growth. Her consulting career includes extensive experience in compensation design, pay benchmarking, performance management, and executive rewards advisory. Over the years, she has led numerous analytical and advisory assignments for both multinational and local organizations, helping leadership teams align their people strategies with business goals. Before assuming her current role, Saman served as Practice Lead for Compensation & Benefits at HRSG and also held leadership positions as CEO & Rewards Lead at Trew Insights and Subject Matter Expert – Rewards at KPMG. Her career began with A.F. Ferguson & Co. (a PwC network firm), where she developed her expertise in compensation structuring and total rewards consulting. Saman holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) and a certification in Total Rewards Compensation from Cornell University. She is also a recognized member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, where she shares thought leadership on emerging HR and rewards practices.
