Adeel Ahmed serves as Chief Financial Officer & Director (Acting CEO) at HRSG, overseeing the organization’s financial governance, strategic planning, and capital management. With over 25 years of experience, he has established a strong reputation for driving financial discipline, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation across diverse industries and markets. Adeel has led numerous business transformation initiatives and successfully executed complex mergers and acquisitions, leveraging deep expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and digital finance. His career includes senior leadership roles with multinational corporations such as Roche, Novartis, and Agthia PJSC, as well as leading UAE-based conglomerates including Galadari Group and Seddiqi Holding. Adeel is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAP, Pakistan, and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAEW, UK. He is also a Certified Director from PICG. He is recognized for his strategic leadership, robust financial acumen, and commitment to strengthening corporate governance and stakeholder confidence.
