With over 18 years of international experience at the intersection of Human Resources, Technology, and Business Transformation, Arsalan Bhatti serves as the Regional Head – GCC at HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions, leading the company’s operations and strategic growth initiatives across the Gulf region. Based in Dubai, Arsalan spearheads HRSG’s global HR operations, digital transformation projects, and cross-border outsourcing services, aligning people, processes, and technology to drive business excellence. His strategic focus on AI-powered HRMS/ERP deployment, workforce optimization, and multi-country service delivery has positioned HRSG as a trusted partner for organizations seeking scalable and tech-driven HR solutions across the Middle East and South Asia. Before assuming his current role, Arsalan served as Head of Global HR Operations and earlier as Head of Human Resources at HRSG, where he led comprehensive HR strategies encompassing global workforce planning, policy development, compliance management, and employee engagement across multiple regions. Prior to joining HRSG, Arsalan held leadership positions at IBEX in the United States, where he led a 200+ member global HR and back-office team, achieving measurable improvements in productivity, retention, and compliance through data-driven HR frameworks and strategic workforce initiatives. Arsalan holds an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire, a Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from Qualifi Ltd, and a BBA from Karachi University. He also holds professional certifications including SPHRi, Leadership Excellence, and People Management, along with several awards for operational and service excellence.
