His experience covers large-scale, multi-location workforce operations, where he has successfully managed diverse teams and stakeholder ecosystems. Zarrar’s expertise includes HR strategy, workforce and vendor management, industrial relations, union negotiations, organizational development, and governance. He is known for building structured, compliant, and scalable people operations that support business continuity and long-term growth.
