Job Summary:
To manage and coordinate all engineering, business operations and business development initiatives including: sales, marketing, and business operations activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Research, devise and implement in country operations & sales strategies, annual plans and budgets that accelerate business growth & targets. 2. Identify and develop leads and help build a new business pipeline by engaging with current and prospective clients.
- In collaboration with the Operations / Sales team, ensure effective bid/tender/proposal management.
- Lead off site presentations to promote and raise awareness of the brand and secure new business.
- Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships.
- Manage all operations within country, taking responsibility for profit, revenue and quality targets.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Liaison & coordinate with parent organization for enhancement and future plans & growth of the organization.
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service functions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Engineering, Management or related discipline
15 to 20 years of experience in Testing and Inspection industry with Business Development Operations and Project Development Services
