Job: Enterprise IT Architect

 Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate internal function, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggest improvements.
• Create business architecture models to reflect the organization’s strategies and goals, create and implement business vision and goals.
• Organize training to improve employee’s knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
• Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
• Ensure efficiency, security and support of the organization’s goals.
• Create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control.
• Determine and implement build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel and views of the overall business strategy.
• Liaison with focal persons from relevant authorities, as well as external consultants on business process mapping and IT systems.
• Analyze and propose internal architecture enterprise for IT systems.
• Support and implement strategic projects as per alignment with the IT strategy.
• Create and manage small team of analysts for detailed functional requirements and business system requirements such as workflow diagrams, business rules, and/or data mapping spreadsheets.
• Drive and lead change management, end user training, UAT for smooth business process transition and ensure continuous business process improvement through capturing and analyzing business data.
• To confer with Business Application Users in identifying and gathering users’ requirements and develop logical and physical specifications.
• Develop UML diagrams such as Use Case, Activity and Sequence Diagrams.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRS) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
