Job Description:

  • To drive exponential growth of business by developing alternate distribution channels and platforms.
  • To establish collaborative relationships with other market leaders for business expansion.
  • To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
  • Responsible to understand and analyze business trends to deliver solutions to the business.
  • Explore new and unconventional avenues for developing alternate channels for business growth.
  • Develop alliances with other entities in different segments to optimize business growth.
  • Ensure the feasibility of new/proposed business model and align all internal and external stakeholders for its execution.
  • Plans and directs all aspects of channel development regarding policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Analyze the research done, create and adjust budgets and timelines, determine which platforms and channels are the best for the company’s business goals
  • Develop and implement strategic product roadmap, which maximizes sales revenue and achieves all corporate strategic goals.
  • Partners with sales team and business associates to develop marketing techniques and strategies to reach customers in a specific channel.
  • Research and report on new and emerging technologies and best practices, making recommendations for how to integrate with existing and new initiatives across product platforms.
  • Responsible for converting business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring solutions conform to business requirements
  • Build relationships with partners, engendering trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefits.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize/strengthen the capabilities and exploring B2B/B2C opportunities.
  • Develop/brainstorm creative plans and initiatives with internal department and external partners.

Competencies:

  • Strong track-record of managing a consumer banking or consumer finance business.
  • Prior track-record of driving business growth.
  • Experience of managing distribution channels and business collaborations for driving scale.
