Position/Title : Manager/Assistant Vice President – Branch Operations

Job Responsibilites:

  • Review branch operations and identify gaps in accordance with the industry best practices.
  • Simply and standardize processes for the whole customer journey from onboarding till its closure.
  • Reengineer processes to make the organization technology driven and have system-based customer services.
  • Develop and refine recommended solutions to address issues and capture opportunities.
  • Evaluate and improve internal process performance & realize operational productivity to implement efficient processes and standards across the board.
  • Prepare and ensure implementation of Operations Manual from the grass root level
  • Monitor branch operations and ensure excellence at all level
  • Implement efficient mechanism for the operational matters of Branch, systems and processes.
  • Manage relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
  • Manage relations with all internal stakeholders
  • Benchmark HBFC’s processes with its competitors to bring in efficiency and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase business efficiency.
  • Assists head of operations in considerations of new services/systems and expansion of existing systems/services.
  • Review and recommend updates and changes in policies and procedures being utilized in delivery of Customer Service.
  • Responsible for training, oversight & documentation as related to Branch Operations
  • Resolves operational problems. Interface with other departments and branches regarding problems, research, assistance, etc.
  • Mentoring and motivating team to achieve goals efficiently.

Competencies:

  • Knowledge of banking & financial best practices, laws & SBP regulation
  • Relationship/Team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in process improvement and automation
  • Knowledge of consumer banking/mortgage financing processes and operations Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
