Job Title: Senior Program Coordinator
Department: Office of Global Engagement (OGE)
Reports to: Senior Manager Global Engagement with parallel reporting to Director Academic Operations on specific tasks.
Salary Range: PKR 130,000
Job Summary:
The Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing the programming, administration, and related activities of the office of Global Engagement. They would be the contact person to liaise with students and guide them regarding various internal and external exchange programs opportunities.
In addition, the incumbent will also be involved in strategizing and implementing the Habib University’s global visiting faculty/ scholars’ program which is led by the Office of Academic Operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Global Engagement Programs:
- Under the supervision of senior team members, schedule, organize, monitor, manage, and evaluate all internal andexternal study abroad programs
- Counsel students regarding the global programs and opportunities, in align with the institutional policies
- Assist with any global resource development related or other on-campus events as needed
- Keep the website related to OGE programs and initiatives updated.
Global Visiting Scholars Programs:
- Assist Director Academic operations in strategizing, planning and executing global visiting scholars’ programs.
- Manage a database of potential global scholars of repute, both from partner institutions and the academia in general.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Communications as well as the Publications teams to create products/ brochures for marketing the visiting scholars’ programs.
- Manage the recruitment, pre-onboarding and on-boarding process for the visiting scholars
Others
- Assist the Office of Global Engagement and Academic Operations in managing various university events that attract global scholars / practitioners.
- Execute other tasks as requested or determined by the Senior Director of Global Engagement and Director Academic Operations.

Education and Experience:
A graduate degree from a reputable and recognized university
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a relevant role.
