JOB OBJECTIVE: Experience with Linux and Windows Servers 2012 or above administration. Hands-on proficiency with Windows, Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, VPN, group policies and Windows terminal servers/VDI administration. Knowledge and experience of Firewall/Switches, VMware Virtualized environment with Windows 2008 RT2, 2012 standard or enterprise, VMware VSphere6/7 infrastructure design and implement Cluster KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Managing and installing windows 2012, 2016 and above and Linux servers
• Installation, Configuration, testing and maintenance of operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Managing and installing VMware ESXI/Hyper-V based virtual and Antivirus servers.
• Administration of Office 365 and End Device Management solution including (device control, patch management, self-service portal, vulnerability scan)
• Provide Level 3 support to laptops/desktops, printers and other IT service tickets in case not resolved at Level 1 & 2.
• Maintain minimum level of IT service delivery open tickets as threshold set by service delivery lead/DM IT infrastructure or HOD
• Provide support of desktops/laptops with license software and provide troubleshooting to users for their technology needs.
• Ensure all the servers are secure and always available.
• Participation in Disaster Recovery Drills
• Managing Active directory with Group Policies implementation with OUs.
• Managing and providing support of File Server with permission and Set Quotas with AD integration.
• Deployment and Continuous monitoring of SAN, NAS storage capacity.
• Ensure all the systems are updated and complaint.
• Responsible for all backup and replication related operations.
• Prepare users manuals and share with users for new and latest application.

Ensure and configure VC connectivity with JV Partners and different public/private entities. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum: 16 years of Education with Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences / Computer Information Systems / Information Technology or relevant field
• Linux and Network related Certifications will be a plus point

Minimum Experience: 04 years of relevant experience in Information Technology domain in international, government, semi-government or large commercial organizations of repute. COMPETENCIES: Behavioral Competencies:
